Attitude is important as it is said, “Attitude decides the altitude”. A good attitude can make a job. A poor attitude can turn even the best job sour. In almost any job there is usually an element of excitement involved. The job can be wonderful or miserable. Believe it or not it’s all in your attitude. “People” are the most valuable and important resource, every organization has in the form of its employees. H.R.D is a continuous process to ensure development of employee dynamism, effectiveness, competencies and motivation in a systematic and planned manner. This paper proposes that it is an organized learning experience aimed at matching the organizational need for human resource with the individual need for career growth and development Positive Attitude will surely add some value to the working, implementation and effectiveness in an organization.
